We had two keynote speeches on the 16th of September.
The first keynote speech was delivered by Thomas Dohmen (Bonn University, University of Maastricht and IZA) on “Global Evidence on the Relationship between Preferences and Economic Outcomes.” This meeting was chaired by Hartmut Lehmann.
The second keynote speech took place in the afternoon of the 16th of September and was chaired by Alessandro Sapio (University of Parthenope, Naples). Giovanni Dosi (Scuola Superiore Sant’Anna, Pisa) gave the lecture “The path to becoming the World Factory : knowledge
accumulation , ‘creative restructuring’ and catching-up in China.”
Both lectures were followed by an extensive exchange of questions and answers between the audience and the speakers.
